As the founder and principal of Guenther Architects, Ian has over two decades of experience in the industry. In that time, he has worked on a wide variety of project types, including food service, health care, commercial office, religious, recreational, and residential clients. His projects include freestanding buildings; tenant build-outs and remodels; as well as reimaging, rebranding and adaptive reuse of existing and historically significant structures.

Ian’s focus is on providing innovative design, superior customer service, and building lasting relationships with our clients. Communication and collaboration are key to a successful project, and he works closely with clients to bring their vision to life.

Ian is a graduate (B.Arch.) of the University of Kansas, holds NCARB certification, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
